SAS Hodié Consulting et Développement cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damages caused to the user equipment when accessing the site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not respond to specifications indicated in point 4, either the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

In France, personal data is notably protected by law n ° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n ° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. 

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning him, by making his written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response must be sent. 

SAS Hodié Consulting et Développement 

 keeps the right to delete without prior notice all contents left in this space that would contradict french laws, particularly applicable to data protection. Consequently, SAS Hodié Consulting et Développement 

 keeps the right and the possibility to sue the end user under penalty and civil liability, for messages showing racist, abusive, defaming or pornographic purposes regardless of used support (text, photos, etc…)

In France, personal data is protected under Law n078-87 dated January, 6th, 1978, law n° 2004-801 dated August, 6th, 2004, article L.226-13 from penal code and European directive dated October, 24th, 1995. 

In accordance with articles 38 and followings of law 78-17 dated  January 6th, 1978 relative to computer science, files and liberties, any user gets a right of access, modification and objection to personal data involved, by notifying in writing and signed letter, attached with identity signed proof, precise response address to be forwarded to. 

SAS Hodié Consulting et Développement is CNIL registered. (National Commission of computer science and liberties) 

No personal information of end user from is published without its agreement, changed, transferred or sold on any support to third parts. 

Databases are protected by provision of the law dated July 1th, 1998, implementing directive 96/9 dated March 11th, 1996 relative to database law protection. 

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of Paris.
